Our company has been around for more than 4 years and has been doing very well in the industry providing quality, unique, and professional care to the elderly. We specialize in assisting clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, bathing, and dressing.
Our mission is to provide exemplary customer service to all the clients we serve. We strive to look after the elderly while keeping their dignity and independence in mind. The safety and well-being of our clients are our priorities.

MEET THE TEAM
Our CEO started this business because of her passion for others. She has been in the social services industry for more than 12 years. Lesline has a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s degree in social work from Fordham University.
She took on different capacities in that field, including foster care, and worked as a supervisor for a shelter system and an acting director of social services. She also worked as a director of social services in a nursing home, handling numerous admissions and discharges
Lesline saw the great need and desire of the elderly to live in their own home instead of a facility. Her goal is to ensure that the clients are matched with individuals who are compatible with them; those who are able to provide safety and companionship and prevent unnecessary re-hospitalization. Lesline has dedicated herself to social work and is part of a team that provides supervision, guidance, and counseling.
Our LMSW, has a Master's in social work. She has a bachelors degree in Liberal Arts and a minor in Psychology. She received her Master's in social work from Hunter's College. She is very dedicated and hard working.
Nicole Malcolm is the administrator. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications from the College of New Rochelle and a master’s degree with a concentration in hospital administration from the Southern New Hampshire University.
